Our Story
The Pro Bono Phase (October 2023 - November 2025)
Support Savvy didn't start as a typical consulting business. It started as a question:
"Can small organizations successfully own and maintain AI tools without ongoing consultant support?"
For over two years, we worked pro bono with nonprofits, small businesses, university departments, and professional services firms. We built custom AI tools, transferred complete ownership, taught teams to use them, and then... walked away.
The experiment worked:
We validated that small organizations CAN own and maintain AI tools. They just need:
- •Tools built specifically for their workflows
- •Comprehensive documentation (not consultant-dependent)
- •Hands-on training (not just manuals)
- •Permanent ownership (not subscription traps)
The Launch Phase (December 2025)
Now, with 2+ years of validation, we're launching Support Savvy as a paid service.
Our pricing remains radically accessible ($500-4,000, not $10K-50K+). Our model remains unchanged: build once, transfer ownership, empower clients. Our mission remains the same: democratize AI for those who need it most.
This isn't about maximizing recurring revenue. It's about maximizing impact.
